Hacking HDD not recognized by PC after Wii U format

My nephew's HDD can't be read by any PC, only Wii U, there's anyway to convert it to NTFS again? My PC don't recognized it, I heard the spining sound but I can't format it...

Try with Defragler and no dice, it's like no device was connected.

Try disk management it should list the hard drive there.
