Hardware Hdd making a beeping noise

I got a problem with my Hdd, whenever I try to move a game to it or install a game with a backup loader, after like 60% , when it's moved or installed, it's making a weird Beeping notice and then I got the error 161. I use a Toshiba HDD 2"5 (60gb) with and USB y cable

Well you need to format the drive first using windows Disk Management so Windows can pick it up, and then you can use software like CrystalDiskInfo , if the drive health is bad you should replace it.
