Hacking HBC for system memory version 4.0E

Is there an exploit created for system's running system menu 4.0E. I have a friends Wii who wanted his hacked like mine but he had upgraded his b4 i got it.

If your friend had HBC already installed before updateding to 4.0, he could downgrade to 3.2. By following very easy steps http://webrewwii.blogspot.com/2009/04/down...u-40-to-32.html

If he doesn't then he has to wait until something is created.
