i've been using a 16GB Sandisk micro SDHC drive (that i had leftover from my DS emulation days =P) to store my applications for HBC and its been working fine. However, since my wii's disc drive has been giving me problems, i decided to start using a backup loader to run my games through my card. I partitioned the drive, left 13 GB for games, and the rest (about 2 GB) formatted as FAT32 with my applications on it., however, when i run HBC, it does not detect any files on my card. I thought i read that this kind of thing was possible, running HBC through one partition and WBFS on the other, but i may be mistaken.

any help would be greatly appreciated!

it is.
make sure on part is wbfs and the other is fat32
also make sure your card is compatible with the wii.
make sure your fat32 is set to primary on the disk management on your pc
