i am trying to homebrew and jailbreak my 2ds XL (which from what i know uses the same exploits as a 3ds) and in the guide im reading i've gotten to the JPN Flipnote exploit with the haxxx file but the haxx file isnt appearing in flipnote any fixes??

This problem you describe is usually putting the .ppm file in the wrong folder path so the flipnote game can't see it.
Correct path is:
sdmc:/private/ds/app/4B47554A/001/T00031_1038C2A757B77_000.ppm
Double check this path is what is on your sd card (sdmc:/ means "your sd card").
