Your Wii U is dead and without a NAND backup and a hardmod you cannot fix it. The Wii U scene is also pretty dead these days so don't expect any new developments any time soon.

to summary your situation:
- you installed haxchi on top of CBHC without uninstalling CBHC beforehand
- you don't have nand backup

So, your wiiU is currently bricked, because the "files" to launch cbhc on boot are here, but not cbhc (haxchi isnt the same thing, cbhc replace haxchi when you install it)
It is something that was explained a lot in the tutorial of CBHC (never ever touch the installation of cbhc in any way without uninstalling it first.) and that's why i personnaly dont install it, even if i understand "how it work" (from an user standpoint), im way to afraid of something being fucked up even without my dumb help. From my point of view CBHC shouldnt be installed if you dont exactly know how it work.
At this point, and where the wiiU hack scene is, the only way to recover wiiU in your case is a hardmod restauration of a nand backup, but you dont have it.

I just got info that it's impossible to get unconsole banned without an unbanned otp.bin and it turns out that it bans the other persons wii-u. I might aswell just stop trying to restore this, thanks for your help anyways.

your console is not banned, its bricked, if there is a way to use your otp (YOUR otp, not someone else) to somehow fix your wiiU you should ask for that

oh ok, but it is still cbhc bricked, and that's the reason of the bootloop
the otp is something which have to do with encryption/decryption

how i understand it, with your otp you should be able to extract your bricked nand (with hardmod), decrypt it, eventually fix it, re-encrypt it, and restore it in the wiiU

I could find a super old harddrive that has got my nand backup on, if I find it what should I do?

well if you have the nand backup (and the nand backups of your consoles should always been taken care of, you never know) you will need a hardmod, it need welding and stuff, its not something as easy as putting files on a sd card, and you will need to have the skills for it (or know someone else who got them)

there is a tutorial somewhere in this forum, i've read it once
