Hacking Having trouble with turbo ftp

Used it a few times without error. now I keep getting "an error occurred. fail reason = 0" when I attempt to connect. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried Filezilla? I've been using it for my 3DS and Vita without issue.

Yes I use that on my computer. I want to use turbo ftp from my phone since it's very convenient for when I'm not home.
