with the release of hiyacfw, i was following the guide at dsiguide.me. and when i got to step 12 i had to decrypt the nand in cmd and I put in everything correctly but it keeps on giving 'twltool' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Try drag and dropping twltool.exe from the folder, instead of just typing it.

Keep everything else the same,

so it would look like:
>C:\users\kahoot\documents\cfw\twltool.exe nandcrypt --cid ...
(example)

Probably because you are opening CMD on a different locations, and since twltool its not declared as a system or environment vairbale, i wont detect it as it.

For that, you can simple do this:
alt+right click on any empty space on the folder that twltool ant it will give you an option like "Open a Command Windows Here" NOT POWER SHELL.

If that does not work.

Simply copy the adress where twltool is and paste it on ANY CMD window but before that input a CD.

something like this:
Code:
cd c:/users/scarlet/desktop/twltoolfolder/twltool.exe nandcrypt -cid etc etc etc
