So I recently updated from a 2G sd card to a 32G SDHC and now nothing works, I redowloaded a game and it seems only the TMD file was updated, since im not updating to 9.3 (I have reasons) i need to know if there is a way to fix my sd card...

That was just to know if you follow it up. If you already used the new SD I do not know the 3DS will recognize the change with the old data, at least that is what Nintendo wrote.
Still try it, but it should not be a problem if you copied everything from one SD to another.
Call Nintendo support if nothing else works they are very kind.
