Hi guys, im getting the infamous Disc read error on Tenchu: Shadow assassins on Gamma, im using the same kind of DVDs and same burnier settings that always work and burned twice, and i think i have the latest cios, because Another Code R runs off the Gamma_r2_fix with no problem

Any ideas or suggestions?

edit: oh! and im on the 3.3 installed throu the Safe update

Game launches fine for me from Gamma (I Just tried it). Though usually I launch everything from the disc channel since my wii is softmii'd. I would try a different burn speed or different brand dvd-rs all together. Or install softmii and see if that helps. If you ripped it yourself you might want to re-rip the game as well.

Same here. I play most of games from my disk channel with Softmii. (the Preloader hacks)
Tenchu works fine for me. I haven't even tried it with a backup loader though. I launch most NTSC-USA games from my disk channel, and I launch my gamecube ones from the disk channel that takes me to the GC Backup Loader channel.
