Hacking having problems (exception (DSI) occurred)

So I've burned an ISO that I magically came across to DVD-R, and verified its integrity (all using Nero). But whenever I try to load it using wiigator's backup launcher v0.3, this error comes up that says Exception (DSI) Occurred, and then gives a whole bunch of hexadecimal. Is this a bad burn?

The message is sometimes changed to Exception (ISI) Occurred. it seems to change based on the configuration in the loader.

Code Dump. The Program crashed... Make SUER you are using 0.3 WITH the new CIOS.

If you installed the new CIOS and use 0.1 you will get a code dump.

For anyone else having this problem, I fixed it by patching the iso and then burning it again.
