Gaming Having issues with Nintendo online

Hi, i have one problem with my nintendo account and i hope you help me with that, i have the issue:
"The Nintendo account currently unusable. This user cannot use online features"
I have pokemon shield save with over 400 hours of gameplay. I forgot to unlink my user from emunand first then i enter on my sysnand, and i think it was started with this issue.
If i unlink my nintendo account with the user i will lose the save too because it don't save in cloud.

You can check this out, about your save you can backup your save with Checkpoint or JKSV.

If i use checkpoint on cfw sysnand my switch will be banned, or have a way to do that without this risk?

Even if you relink it, it seem like you will lose your pokemon save, as pokemon doesn't have cloud save. Running homebrew has a moderate rate of ban.

Thanks i will try this then saving with checkpoint on airplane mode
