that doesn't look like the actel chip. the actel chip is square and makes a bump under the sticker. also you can easily feel the borders of the hole cut to make room for the actel chip in the shell. i think you have a new acekard and that your issue is either related to the warped shell or the msd slot.

at this point, you might just consider returning the card. feel free to link them to this discussion to prove all of the debugging steps you took. they should honor the 1 yr warranty and replace the card without question.

Well there is a hump it's just a blob of something you can kinda see it in the picture which is why I got it at that angle. I am just gonna see what RHS has to say about it in hopes I can eventually play some games. Thanks for your help I will keep this thread updated.

yea that round bump is a blob type chip. that's the new design.
