Why did the price of 3ds shoot up ?

i have seen some 3ds are more then a switch now or 2 3ds for a switch 2.. why did the price for them shoot up like crazy

Everytime I load up a nds game on twilight menu, it freezes/crashes after a short time. I'm not sure what the problem is. Can someone help?

Well it was recently updated through the built in updater.
