Not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but is there a way to emulate GBA games on the DS yet?

iPlayer or the future Supercard DSTWO can. Other than that, no.

I have an R4 card, I'm guessing that won't work then?

It will not. You need a Slot-2, but that's not emulating.

Most any place that sells flashcarts. I use RealHotStuff.com, mainly due to their close proximity to them. I bought my Slot-2 there and it's been in my DS ever since.

No. iPlayer is standalone, but it doesn't play commercial ROMs.

Get the EzFlash 3in1 GBA Expansion. Well worth the 20 dollars IMO.
