That's not exactly an elegant solution. But it would certainly work. I'd like to see some sort of update to Luma/B9S where every time you turn on your 3DS it spoofs what should read as a different legitimate seed. I don't even know if thats possible or even being considered, but that would sure be a great workaround that could allow us to stop being so concerned about banwaves.

I don't know how viable that is, but it sounds like a good idea to me.

Have you suggested it to them?

No, I'd have to imagine that they'd have already considered something like that. And I'm fairly certain its just simply not possible. Every seed seems to be very specific, there is probably no good way to just predict legit seeds, it'd be like predicting winning lotto numbers.

Ah, I see. I know nothing about all of that seed stuff, never had to mess with it and never been banned on 3DS or any of my Nintendo consoles so far. (That may have changed by now with my 3DS, who knows? Gotta check soon.)

Well, I hope they figure something out soon.

More 3DS games have just been announced so my hot take is, no, they seem to be aware now and they'll keep making banwaves until they officially stop supporting the system.
