Have ps vita the hard necessary to get tvout through composite/components like psp?

I know there is no hardware for hdmi output in vita.
And plugin to simulate camera as vita through usb is great.

I simply wonder if this can be posible. As people say psp hardware is inside ps vita.

I've searched and found nothing.

Yes by using a raspberry pi to get hdmi out
