SUCCESS! I got Rebug, Cobra, and all its moving parts working, and can load Mega Man Powered Up. It saves FLAWLESSLY! My computer stutters with PPSSPP, so this is the best alternative for me. Thank you guys for helping!

Yeah Rebug is definitely the best PS3 CFW out there especially combined with Webman letting you launch everything through XMB

Exactly what method did you use to get these working flawlessly? Whatever I try I can't get to save? It stays on Now Loading... forever?

Can you give me a detailed description of what you do packagewise? I'm using the European Iso....Latest Rebug and Cobra / QA Flags on... tried both PsP Minis 2.12 and PSPtoPS3-b22? Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong...
