Homebrew Has anyone tried implementing gspwn into an emulator yet?

Apparently we can get a pseudo dynarec using it for the latest firmwares. It's worth a shot at least.
If anyone gets that, would be GREAT, indeed!

Edit: Sorry for my ignorance, but this is same thing like Hardware GPU acceleration (as BlargSNES has implemented)?

This is the first intelligent thread I've seen in days, excluding that one homebrew release.
In fact, it's so intelligent, I didn't even know what gspwn was (and doubt I know yet).

No, this has nothing to do with hardware accleration. It's similar to having full control over dynamic recompilation, except in a limited space. Think of it as a mini-dynarec (which only deals with CPU emulation, not graphics).

I had this idea a long time ago, but if my thought experiment is right the amount of overhead that you'd end up doing wouldn't really be worth it on any machine which takes advantage of Self Modifying Code. It's worth a try, though, because I've never personally played around with it.
