I can join multiplayer games with xci's just fine, but with NSP installs i keep getting an error code. Has anyone been able to join multiplayer games with NSP installs?

(dont lecture me about a ban, i have 2 switches...thanks)

If the ticket does not correspond to the console / account there i no way you can play it online, instant ban.

From Scires:

In the digital game case, Nintendo actually perfectly prevents online piracy here. Tickets cannot be forged, and Nintendo can verify that the device ID in the ticket matches the device ID for the client cert connecting (banning on a mismatch), as well as that the account ID for the ticket matches the Nintendo Account authorizing to log in. Users who pirate games definitionally cannot have well-signed tickets for their consoles, and thus cannot connect online without getting an immediate ban -- this is exactly how I would have implemented authorization for digital games, if I were them.

So, they actually tie every game to the system? (or account...?)

I don't think that's true. No one has actually answered the OPs question. Unless you have tried it yourself and have first hand confirmation, all these other posts are irrelevant.

This... I can't answer from experience, and I'd like to know as well.

I did, actually. Blissfully hopeful for another (albeit impossible) outcome.

You are arguing against Scires, not me. I was also right about the rcm stuff it was tested with a multimeter, and verified that it does not charge with a corrupt BCT, do your research before spouting unintelligible ad hominem attacks.

I'll spell this out for you;

It doesn't matter that you don't care about getting banned. You will get banned for it and thus you won't be able to play online. End of story.
That literally still does not answer the question. I will reiterate the OPs question. Is it possible to play online with NSPs at current?
