I don't think you would then either. there is a post explaining what the error codes mean, a copy of a customer support email, and already a phone call, and that's not enough. anyone that knows what theyre doing has left this thread because you all don't listen. that's why you guys are going in circles.

"there is a post explaining what the error codes mean"
-then you'd know it means it's temporary. (We still don't know yet so stop adding false information, fuckwad.)

"a copy of a customer support email, and already a phone call,"
-We also have these saying the opposite.

Good point, I just didn't think that'd actually solve both the errors, was under the impression the whole friendseed solution really only solved 1 of the errors (not the eshop one) or is the eshop one solved by a fake/fresh nnidsave?
Eshop is done by LocalFriendSeed, Gameplay one seems to be NNID.

Actually, if I'm not mistaken, they are not allowed to say it's temp or perm, cause:
1. it is typically out of their hands
2. its generally above their paygrade.

What they can do, is review the information you provided them, and escalate according.
Also, their uppers can always change their mind on a whim,
so people who handles the replies don't give direct answers, so that whatever they say while representing Nintendo *won't* be a lie

To add on to my point,
they may also get fed up that you're wasting your time,
and tell (or lie) to you whether its perm or ban, to get you off their backs.

Not all customer service staff is good, or take their jobs seriously..

0102 gameplay was resolved by localfriendseed

well damn that was entirely reverse of what we assumed yesterday? I thought the localfriendseed got people unbanned from MP and not eshop last night? did anyone confirm whether all of us could use the same friendseed? I remember a user posted his localfriendseed on this thread a bit back?

Pretty funny to see the people who whined like crazy yesterday posting today about how they don't need Nintendo to have fun.
I've enjoyed laughing at you all. So childish and impatient.
i love a good shitpost
it's better than people who actually believe what they're typing

They probably said "Hey, why not we combine the two together and make a 'new' DS to sell".

It's a DS Lite in a slightly bigger DS Lite shell.

@SylverReZ if you could find a v5 DS ML you would have the best of both worlds since the v5 units had the same backlight brightness levels as the DS Lite unlockable with flashme

A woman with no arms and no legs was sitting on a beach. A man comes along and the woman says, "I've never been hugged before." So the man feels bad and hugs her. She says "Well i've also never been kissed before." So he gives her a kiss on the cheek. She says "Well I've also never been fucked before." So the man picks her up, and throws her in the ocean and says "Now you're fucked."

anyways, we need to re-normalize physical media

if i didn't want my games to be permanent, then i'd rent them

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.
  • AncientBoi @ AncientBoi:
    I don't pirate them, I Use Them :mellow:. Like I do @BigOnYa 's couch :tpi::evil::rofl2:

  • cearp @ cearp:
@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM
  • cearp @ cearp:
You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    :rofl2:
  • cearp @ cearp:
still, I agree physical media is nice to have. just pointing out the issue is drm
  • rqkaiju2 @ rqkaiju2:
i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
  • cearp @ cearp:
It's nice to not have to have a lot of physical things though, saves space
