Hacking has anyone found a working snes emulator?

ive found a bunch but most are for the gba slot which i dont have and the ones ive found either barely run any working roms or just seem sketchy and im terrified of ruining my top toy from a weird file

any advice would be appreciated thanks!

this is the best one out.
It uses a slot 2 to improve compatibility but the slot 2 isn't necessary.

"Best" is a term to be used lightly. Compatibility is pretty low, and the games that are compatible tend to be buggy (exceptions are few). But it is better than the alternatives.

yea ive noticed there're a whole lota problems with every single one, even the ''best'' ones. i guess i'll just wait around and hope they eventually fix everything. but thx guys

The 'best' emulator will render half the ROMs at fair to good playability and the other half at crap or unplayable level. Wait for it. I am waiting too. Badly. >.=.>
