Has 3DS emulation improved on the Switch?

Apparently the Citra Retroarch core got updated recently. How much has it improved? Does Pokemon now run at a playable speed?

What are you talking about. The 3DS Performance is awesome....you will see here and there minor framedrops. But thats all.
The core cost you 1 Dollar!!
Buy it or leave it.
I buy it every 6 Months, so i have the newest update.

Sorry but no notable improvements (april 2022 build).
Dont get me wrong, its cool to have a 3DS emulator running on the switch but it will never be a flawless experience.
Even with extreme overclock (4ifir), the emulation is not consistently good, a lot of great games run like @ss.
If you dont mind running 3ds games with stuttering, lag or glitches then go ahead.
