Hacking Hardmod Services?

So, my story:

Needed to buy a new 3ds as my o3ds battery is going out. Got it today and it came with 11.0 firmware. So, I looked at my options and my friend with a glorious 10.7 new 3ds refused to let me hack his so I'm stuck with the hard mod.

My issue is I lack the skills necessary to do this and I don't want to have a $200 paper weight, I'm wondering if there are any TRUSTWORTHY services where you mail the 3ds and they hard mod (or just downgrade) it (after payment of course) and send it back?

o3DS only has menuhax and is 11.0. If I'm still able to use the hack that'd be awesome but I thought I needed CFW on the first 3DS?

Yes, you need the O3DS to be in CFW to do this trick. Sorry that I suggest something that you can't use.
