Hacking Question Hard Mod

I see there are several soft mods, but couldn't really find any hard mods for the Switch. Any good ones around? I'd be buying a new Switch for this, so I could get an unpatched one if need be from ebay.

You have the trinkets and similar, which are basically a dongle (+ optionally a jig) soldered inside your Switch so you can autoboot into CFW if you enable AutoRCM.

internalizing the RCM dongle is the closest to a proper modchip/hard mod, however autorcm is not necessary as the chip can be flashed to trigger RCM every time (permanent cfw) or a dual boot ofw/cfw select via the volume + button
