Is your Wii drive WBFs or FAT32? If FAT32 you can delete the file on your PC.

If WBFS and you are using Configurable USB Loader (CUL); select the game and press - (Minus) on the Wiimote. Other loaders I don't know, but you may want to take a look at CUL on the GBATemp CUL thread at http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=147638. You can download it there too.

If neither is applicable, Wii Backup Manager (WBM) will do it, and much more, for FAT32 or WBFS drives. It's also a Really FAB tool and is available on this Forum at http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=188295. Check it out!

The latest versions of WBM defaults to only see drives that are mounted in Windows so it won't initially see Wii WBFS drives.

So:
1. Click Options, Settings, UnCheck the "Use Mounted Volumes Only" box and select the drives you will use.
2. Click "Drive 1" tab, Drive (below the tabs) and select the drive that contains the file.
3. Click the checkbox on the file(s) you want to delete.
4. Click "Remove" (below the tabs).
You're done.
