Hacking Hard Drive Not Recognized Now

My Western Digital 250 GB worked great this morning. Now when I try to play a game the light is on, its in the right usb slot and it is running but USB GX wont recognize it. I have unplugged it and plugged it back in and restarted the wii and all that good stuff. Any particular reason why the hard drive is not working? I have never had this issue before.

not to be a pessimist but things always tend to work before they are broken....

my HDD for example was working great before it burn out...

Try another loader (WiiFlow, Neogamma, etc) and see if it recognized there. Let's see if it's your hard drive or GX.

Pretty sure its burnt out. Tried a few other loaders. That sux. I wish the life expectancy for HDD were longer than 3 years. Thanks for the replies.

my car is like that too, it rides great before the axle breaks. Hmmm seems its that way with my wife too, she cooks and cleans before she bitches all day

3 years? Wow, that's a long time. Just buy a new one, I guess. Does a computer recognize it?
