Hacking Hangs on 3ds loading screen after booting into GW mode?

Just updated the system. But when I boot into gateway mode, then try to go into system settings it just hangs on the Nintendo3DS loading screen.
Any ideas?

Stop using 2.0b1 and upgrade to the latest launcher.

Good enough, just was a little worried about going any further in case I messed something up along the updating procedure. I will switch launchers and give it a try
