If it is just speed control/feedback for a simple low power rumble motor then chances are MS just picked one off the shelf, and as such you probably could find it or a compatible one from the usual big electronics vendors (mouser, digikey, element 14, cpc farnell....).

I don't think we have any kind of parts list for the controller to say get this though. Assuming you are asking because the other one broke (rare to see for something this small, indeed still somewhat rare to see for stuff with real power, but maybe a soldering iron slip or something) then best bet it to look at the other side as it will probably be the same one for the other motor and see if there are any markings to indicate what goes, and possibly probe it to see if you can match information/specs when looking at one of those big vendor sites.

IIRC it's for trigger position, not rumble. Instead of potentiometer like the 360 controller, MS used magent and hall effect sensor.

Broken controllers seem to go from £5-15 on ebay. I'd try and get one on the cheaper end and harvest it for spares.
