I know what I was doing wrong. I was plugging the mini only using the hdmi

I feel stupid. I wasn't using a USB port. I was only hooking it up with only the hdmi plug

Haha, Let's just put it this way. With how much I do with computers, since I work on them for a living! I would never ever recommend ANYONE buy a computer with just one USB port! If I bought a laptop, I would expect it to have no less than 3-4 USB Ports:) I have over a dozen computers set-up for various tasks. I have an XP, a Vista, a Windows 7 (Which is my MAIN computer), a Windows 8, a Windows 10, a workstation, which is configured for XP, but set to run a multiple OS, XP, DOS, Windows NT. I also have stacks of "bad computers". Toshiba takes the cake for having the highest failure rate, computer wise! If the Toshiba doesn't go bad from being a piece of technical crap, the charge port will likely be bad soon enough! HP/Compaq are "good" buys, generally. They are not bad on price, and pretty reliable for the most part. If quality is an issue, then you'd want a higher end ASUS (Cheap ASUS computers just plain suck!), or Lenovo! I can't say enough good things about Lenovo (IBM). They are very well designed. I have Lenovo computers from 20 years ago that still run better than half the computers I see nowadays. One BIG thing that was a game changer, computer wise, was the fact that lead was no longer allowed to be used in the soldering process after 2006, for laptops (not to mention, about everything else!) This really really hurt things, as computers built before then, were sturdy and reliable, like some older cars! This has also lead to cheaply laid, thin thermal paste layers on the MOBOs of computers, quickly leading to overheating problems in just 1-3 years time! Hard Drive wise, I opt for Hitachi as the best to get, then Western Digital, and avoid Seagate, in general! I have been doing this stuff for 20+ years, and have seen about all the hardware I can muster to ever see, tested everything I could test, and of course...seen the reality of what works and what does not!

In any case, sorry for the drawn out response! I am still sticking with, please get yourself a better computer! And, pay close attention to the specs! If you don't have a decent video card in there, other things will suffer, as well! 30 Dollars may be all it takes to get the "next" model, with better video card! If you are wondering about which of any 2-3 computers is a better buy, feel free to private message me their links...And, I will give you my feedback. I benchmark test Games on computers, in general. If I can't run Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, and so on, on a laptop, it ain't worth a damn to me:) And, hell, you should always be able to at least run 720p videos without any noticeable lag!

Let me know if you need any further assistance!

Question: Did we really need two damn paragraphs for that?

Anyways, hakchi2 works really well! I'd recommend this application to anyone who owns an NES Classic Edition.

Don't worry, if you ever need help I will do my best to help you in only a few words or less:)

Being rude to someone who is clearly trying to help others, on a day to day basis, is not exactly proper etiquette for any forum. No offense.

I appreciate every ones help that people have given me. But it was my own stupidity and took me awhile to realize to use the USB from my mini adapter

That is usually the first thing I ask people, whether they are using micro usb cable that comes with Mini, as well as a direct usb connection:) In fact, it was my very first message to you:)

I finally caught on to it watching a YouTube video lol

I'm still looking for free roms lol

There are a myriad of different formats, different versions, for any particular game. What was the space bar used for, in relation to Turrican? What was its key bind? As far as 2 Player Games. I generally have been 1 Player Testing. But, it shouldn't be too difficult to get it running with 2 Controllers.

Without the use of space mapped to a controller button the game will be unplayable sadly (kind of like playing super mario and having to go to the GUI each time to be able to select a button for Jump when in-game).

Joystick backward and SPACE: The character can be turned into a rotary. In this state it is invulnerable and can destroy its enemies by the sheer touch.

Pressing SPACE: The character can activate two energy lines, which spread in full height of the screen to the left and right. All reachable enemies are destroyed. But if an obstacle is in the way, the line is stopped.

No worries if you can't work it out as I've got plenty of other amazing c64 games running (thanks BTW) - it's just this is one of the best titles on the system.
