I knew this could be done with the Pokemon games on GBA, but that could be done around 3-4 years ago.
It was only a matter of time until they were full throttle with the NDS gen.

Oh. Well this is an interesting hack then. The guys commentary is terrible though.

Quite simple. The graphics, he most likely imported them, the music is custom, and he made some simple scripts in PPRE and inserted them.
