ok all i want to do is hack my pokemon diamond rom so i can change the bedoofs sprite to a sonic and change the moves to fake ones and the evoltuion to super sonic also i want to change the ability to wonder gaurd so i want to change bedoof completly and want to change the name 2 sonic can u help me?

First of all, change the bidoof's sprite to sonic is as far as I know only possible with that err.. Pokemon map hack thingy program..?
Changing the name is possible in pokesav, changing the ability is also possible in pokesav.
And changing the moves to fake ones is afaik impossible.

I should have mentioned that pokesav edits your save, not the rom.
With pokesav you should open your save (and on that save you must have caught a bidoof)
And then edit your bidoof.

No, just run it on your PC. You know, Personal Computer?
Then you open the .sav file from your acekard and you're free to edit it!
