Would it be possible to make a hack where the speed stat always increases on level up? Basically to remedy speed resetting.

Since the speed growth chance is a fix percent value, you could basically use an AR code to set all these values to 100
I, however, doubt that it'll be easy to find those values in the first place

These both seem to be more "cheaty" than you want, but most cheats people make are. People don't really make cheats that make the game a little easier, but not much.
