it’s a paid in the ass to restore and back up nands to try and prevent getting banned.
There might be another solution...
If you have SX OS and if you think their emuNAND implementation is up to snuff, then you can have your CFW backups/homebrew on emunand (maybe even have a separate SD card for emuNAND+CFW, and have a separate SD card for OFW).
But if you don't trust their emuNAND implementation, you could check out yourself if it leaves traces, since you've supposedly been doing NAND backups/restores repeatedly, so you're in a perfect position to test it out for everyone.

(assuming you have SX OS, or are willing to get it)
Just take a boot0+1+rawNAND backup of your sysNAND before running emuNAND, maybe install a few NSPs and play some games in emuNAND, then take another sysnand backup, and check if it's unchanged (even just checking the SHA checksum of the file would be enough).
