The power light turns on and immediatly turns off and non of the screens turn on
Sounds like you already installed a9lh or b9s. Try putting on each of the following to the root of your SD card, one at a time:
  • Boot.firm from Luma 7.1
  • Boot.firm from Luma 8.0
  • Arm9loaderhax.bin from Luma 7.0.5
You can find these files at https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases (extract the 7z archives).

One of these will make your console work. If the first one, you might like to follow the guide https://3ds.guide/updating-b9s, and if the third, https://3ds.guide/a9lh-to-b9s
If the second, you're already up to date.

Okay guys ive successfully completed the guide, now how do i play pirated games?
First, if you haven't done so, make sure you do the following to minimize any risk of getting banned:
  1. Go to System Settings, then “Internet Settings”, then “SpotPass”, then “Sending of System Information”
  2. Disable the “Sending of System Information” option
  3. Exit the System Settings
  4. Go to your Friend’s List (the Face Icon in the top row of your Home Menu)
    • If you receive an error and are kicked out of the menu, the Friend’s List setting is already disabled
  5. Go to the Friend’s List settings, then “Friend Notification Settings”, then “Show friends what you’re playing”
  6. Disable the “Show friends what you’re playing” option
  7. Exit your Friend’s List
As for your question, download and install freeShop from here: https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-arc13s-freeshop-fork-open-source-eshop-alternative.468436/

You only need to copy boot.firm and the Luma folder, the rest is optional.
