Hackers call for PayPal boycott

Insults? I haven't insulted you once in the entire reply. It's funny how your approach to this matter is "We did everything we could, if something goes wrong then it means that people scammed us/we're not responsible/it was THEM!". It's also you, you are a part of "them", you are a part of America, and also a part of the problem. Suck it up and grow up.

You're "leaving the thread in a fashionable way" because you damn well know you don't have a come-back. It's called Rage Quitting. Now cry me a river for calling you deluded and immature.
Wow, I usually agree with a lot of the things you say but I just lost a lot of respect for you. Can you really not understand that it's ridiculous to blame everybody for something that isn't everybodies fault? I'm 18 years old, please explain how I am to blame for the problems of the US. I don't have a credit card and I don't even plan on getting one, I am in debt to nobody, and I just became old enough to vote. I agree that America sucks in a lot of ways, and as soon as I graduate college I am getting the fuck out, but it's very ignorant to blame every single American when there are plenty that to not contribute to the problems. You're opinions are based on stereotypes that most certainly do not cover all Americans, and if you really think they do then you are the delusional one.

Clearly people who are not contributing to the general flow of money and just recieved their rights to vote are not to blame for the current situation, I thought that was self-explainatory. I said that all Americans are to blame in the context of all Americans that cast votes and generate income are.

I didn't realize that I have to state every single detail to get my message through, and for that I am sorry.

As far as the "Off-topicness" is concerned - this is entirely related. The groups claim that the recent E-Bay stock price drop was caused by their actions, while in fact it was caused by Obama's declaration of U.S.A's bankrupcy. We (participants in the discussion) elaborated on that fact thoroughly.

Pretty much.

I understand that, but there were flaws in his logic.

1) His choice of words and method of execution did not get anyone to understand his logic.

2) You are only getting what people in the media are giving. Until you are on the inside, you really only have a fraction of everything that is going on. Which is why his posts as of late look like he is just trolling people. Namely Americans.

EDIT: @Bladexdsl I don't mind if I only coming to visit.

and i'm also trying to sneak over to NZ so I visit the Power Rangers set. The fact that they are still trying thinking that filming it there other than California still baffles me.

On topic: the reason the hackers haven't hack Paypal yet is to probably give them the chance to un-freeze WikiLeaks assets. Idk. But even if they do hack Paypal, won't the hack do more harm than good? (Sneaked that question in there for my Sony and PS3 peeps... :yay360: lol)

Neither of these are logic flaws, you're merely having problems with the composition of my message, not with its content. I don't have to drink a glass of foul milk to know it's foul - I can see and smell it's foul. I don't have to be an American to be a judge of U.S.A's economy - to the contrary, an outside opinion tends to be objective while an inside one is subjective and thus far more prone to flaws.

And vice-versa, so now that we are at an impasse, let's get this back on-topic.

I could really see this Paypal becoming another Sony if this does take place.

Since when did gbatemp become filled with such ignorance? -.- It's sad to see that people actually accept the image and rumors of something than looking deeper into the issue. You think I WANTED this debt? Not only was Bush a terrible president, it's PROVEN he was cheated into the second term. It's the rich (

I do applaud these two hackers of there skills, but at the same time it seems that this article that was given is very bias.

If anybody has looked at the terms and licensing of the PayPal site, PayPal actually had the right to do what they did. Since these hackers were doing something against the licensing, PayPal took action. That is one thing the article has failed to provide.

So, it seems people need to look at both sides of the story.

Again I don't really care, as I'm against Online Shopping of any sort, If I want something I move my ass off the chair and actually go buy it myself.

Again, I don't really care if you are against it, just letting you know. Everybody does everything differently.

President Barack Obama made the stunning announcement to the General Assembly of the United Nations that the United States was filing for bankruptcy and for protection along the lines of what is provided in the Chapter 11 provisions of the United States Bankruptcy Code. As Greece had sought and received protection from the European Union, Obama said that the United States was seeking the same from the world's financial communities.

Why are you suprised, people?

Also, a big F.U to you, U.S.A. You blew your money off on petty wars in the Middle East, now deal with it. With all my heart I hope that the impossible will happen and that nobody helps you get back on your feet. There should be only one country the U.S should depend on, and it's the U.S itself.

I pray to God Almighty that my Tax money will not go on funding more nonsensical bullcrap of the U.S government, I hope *my* money won't fuel the everyday Joe's need to buy sh*t on credit, I hope that the Colossus on clay legs crushes to the ground with a loud *thump*, maybe it will help your politicians wake the f*ck up, because what they've been doing for the past years is completely inacceptable.

Actually, you are wrong about where the U.S. blows its money. They spend A LOT more on Social Security programs and Medicare and Medicaid then military spending. I do agree, however, that the U.S. is fucked when it comes to the debt it has, I just don't see how it'l get paid off at all in the future.

[sarcasm]I know! Lets just print off $15 trillion dollars and pay off the debt![/sarcasm]

[totally serious]You can always forget about the whole "Let's be independent from Europe's influence idea your ancestors came up with at a certain Boston Tea Party, pretend you never really existed and beg the Queen for forgiveness. Your debts won't be payed, but at least you'll have a roof over your head.[/totally serious]

I'm sure Europe doesn't want ANOTHER economically unstable nation to worry about.

As much as I hate PayPal, I continue to use it because a lot of buyers/sellers at eBay use them.

These hackers group are still immature as ever.

I use it too, but hating it? No, just seeing it as a company doing the job.

And, seeing the post above about America, well: Europe is in shit too because of the Euro coins here.
I knew this for already 10 years ago: If the Euro comes, we are in big shit. All of the world.
Here, in the Netherlands, we always had the NLG or the Gulden/Guilder. It was more worth than the Euro now, back in 2002 it was worth $2.24 per 1NLG. More than 86% of the Netherlands were not happy with it, but the government here just did it 'because the Euro is a nice looking coin made of copper'. Now, the UK is laughing us out. I'm sick of all the shit talk of 'the Euro is strong, we just go with it'. Well, I can tell you: In around 3 years, the Euro is dead.

Also, this is based on opinions, and some facts. I don't give a sh!t if the 'media' does not approve because it's basically true. The EU is going to shit higher than the US for sure, because of this big mistake. You will have to admit: The US is in shit, but the EU is going to die (worse than 'shit', isn't it?).
''But who cares. We all did this.'' - The EU commission. Yup: WE ALL DID THIS. Sorry: I DIDN'T EVEN THINK OF THE EURO.
