Hacking Hacked Pkm to X/y ?

Is there any way to get hacked pokemon in X/Y v1.2 ? Even from black/white ?

PokeTransfer. It's not out yet, though. You'll be able to transfer hacked pokes, but not illegal ones.

Hacked Pokemans are any Pokemans that someone used cheats or a save editor to create.

Illegal Pokemans are a subset of hacked Pokemans that were cheated into the game and are impossible to get without cheating (like a Jigglypuff that knows Sacred Fire, or have 999 in all stats).

It's possible that a hacked Pokeman is still legal because you could cheat it in to save time, but you could also legitimately obtain it in game if you invested a billion hours for breeding and such.
