Hello everyone , I just hacked my 3DS 2 days ago and I'm quite new to this hacking things , but I have a few questions. After modding a 3DS should I take care of updating the Homebrew , Luma etc for preventing ban or something ? And I should not update the 3DS system anymore right ? And the final question , can I play pirated games online or just local , like New Super Mario Bros 2? Thanks and have a nice day!

You should update luma for bug fixes etc

You can update your 3ds to latest fw whenever you want because you are exploiting the system at a very early stage

Your chance of getting banned is super low as long as you don't cheat online

You can play pirated games online and you won't be banned

I am not even thinking about cheating online , thank you very much! Appreciate that !

Also use homebrew from the Homebrew Launcher directed to some random app via Luma's settings. Do not install homebrew as CIAs because the 3DS sends launched title ID to Nintendo's server everytime an app is started.

Can you be more explicit ? I can't fully understand what are you saying there.. English is not my native language so I am not sure if I understand what you said there.

You have an option in the Luma3DS menu(press L+Down+Select) which allows you to select an application on the console that becomes the Homebrew Launcher. This allows you to run homebrew as .3dsx titles. The other option is to obtain CIA versions of the homebrew and install and run them as stand-alone apps in the 3DS menu. This last option comes with a risk as whenever you run an app while connected to wifi, the 3DS tells Nintendo what app ID was launched. Naturally, homebrew have their own IDs which are nowhere among official titles. Nintendo has in the past flagged pirate consoles and banned them. If you're launching via Homebrew Launcher instead, all Nintendo ever sees is you running whatever app you bound to the launcher, and doesn't put you at risk.

And where's that option? I went along all these things and I didn't found one to do this. I've done everything that I found on https://3ds.hacks.guide and I think it should be good..

To rephrase what @Searinox said, on the HOME menu, press L-Down-Select and on the menu that appears there, select misc. settings. Then, select 'Switch the Homebrew launcher to hbloader' and then, 'save settings'. Then, the Homebrew Launcher will appear anytime you press the Homebrew Launcher icon.

Probably I am too stupid but on misc. setting I have only 4 options :
"Switch the hb. title to the current app."
"Change the menu combo"
"Start InputRedirection"
"Save Settings"

And It's not an option like that one you said.

You need to go to the home menu first and make sure that there is no software suspended. Then, the option will change to "Switch the hb. title to hblauncher.loader" or something like that.

Nothing is suspended , and it says the same thing "Switch the hb.title to the current app."

Then try opening the Homebrew Launcher.
Ok I've selected "Switch the hb.title to the current app." while I was in the homebrew launcher and now it says the correct one "Switch the hb.title to hblauncher_loader".
Now I have to go at home menu and select this option ?

Never mind. After selecting the option, can you successfully boot into the Homebrew Launcher?

Did it say the correct option in the Homebrew Laucher or while you were on the Home menu?
While I was in the Homebrew Launcher I used "Switch the hb.title to the current app." that was appearing at me , and now it appears the correct one in the home menu. ("Switch the hb.title to hblauncher_loader")

Without changing anything, attempt to boot into the Homebrew launcher. If it says some text instead of showing your SD card contents, close the software, change the option, and try again. If you at any time can boot into the Homebrew Launcher, you need do nothing more.

I'm not getting any text , It just shows me up my SD files (FBI , Frogtool , ctr-no-timeoffset and the Anemone3DS folder).

Oh thank god! Thank you very much man , I don't need anymore things. Thank you again and sorry my stupidness :))) I really appreciate that you stayed to tell me everything :D
Sure thing! I'm not the smartest person on this forum, but I will always be happy to help (:
