Hacking Hack a N2dS without DSiware?

Can I hack a New 2DS if I don't have any legit DSiware game installed?
Can I found N2DS with 11.3 FW to use soundhax?

No it is impossible without DSIware hax, it is FW 11.4

To install a CFW you need one of the following solutions:

- Another 3DS already hacked. In that case, you buy a game, modify its save and transfer.
- Tools to do a hardmod.

Yes, either find someone with these games legimately bought, and he is willing to do it, or wait for 3DS EoL hax

If you have another 3ds, you can still buy a game and modify it (it cost about 2 euros).

The original hackable games were pulled, but there is a process to inject one of them into another legitimately bought DSiWare game that is still on the eShop.

The only other options are hardmod, waiting for ntrboothax to be released (needs a compatible DS flash cart), or waiting for the ARM11 kernel and ARM9 exploits that are currently being held until the 3DS reaches end-of-life.
