You'll find a terrible button hack that barely lets you play past Medium. If you want to play it, get the grip.

its hard to play anything other than easy and medium, because you cant press combos and stuff

I've tried that once, despite having the real cart and a guitar grip. I honestly have no idea how anyone can play with that hack.. I just can't do it.

Get the strap, the hack is bullshit, played through it on Medium with the hack and it sucked. I don't really like the game though, the tracklist sucks balls and the only good bits are the GH 3 songs.

haha your time would be far better spent working up the money to buy the grip or learning the real thing. The button hack is horrible.
