You can create partition with gParted, create FAT32 partition.
Then, on Windows, you can use the soft I create wbfsGUI v13. It manage partitions that Windows don't see

can I use Windows XP to partition the FAT part then use WBFS Manager 3.0 to partition WBFS part?

When i'm asked this whilst trying to initialize drive I:, will this be formatting just the drive I: partition or all of my HDD?
