Buy a JR Programmer V2 and download the latest Jrunner for starters. From there it depends on what motherboard you’ll be hacking. You’ll need chips, but what chip and what additions you’ll need vary.

Hi, I have a Trinity with a Lite-on DG-16D4S drive and x360key (xkey). I already have my dvd key using Jungle flasher / x360usb pro v2, was wondering what else I need to do to get the xkey to work? If it means anything, the Lite-on DG-16D4S FW is 9504 on the label but JungleFlasher said it was 0225. Thanks!

You'll need to convert it to use it with the Xkey.
Refer to the guide on how to do it.

The reason it's 0225 is that in a 13xxx dash, all drives got reflashed to support XGD3

It won’t last unless you do a bga reball. I don’t recommend X-clamp fixes as they warp the board and break other bga chips from the board like the memory, HANA, and other bga components along with potentially popping off small resistors. You can do a reflow, but it only lasts a short period of time for the most part. Some go awhile longer though.

Reballing is the only option to permanently fix it.
Anything else is just a temporary fix which do more harm then good to your console.

Jr programmer is about $25. Chips on average, $10ish. Depending on what xbox models you want to do, might need post fix adapters and 4gb r/w kit as well.

Soldering, 7 points for nand read, 6 (maybe 7, can't remember) for glitch chip.

I just checked out your update. I also just updated my dashboard the other day. Looks like I can still use this method? Am I right? I have a xenon motherboard.

can xenons be rgh'd without a HANA chip (hdmi)? I haven't kept on top of things for several years, but this was true last time I checked.

btw, it's not worth investing in a xenon. falcon or later would be ideal.
