can anyone help me? so i got the rom, and its NAND type rom... and i got sky3ds blue button, when i try to write it says its NAND type rom not eeprom... so the question is

-can sky3ds play nand type rom?
-if yes how, if no any method to make itplayable? thanks

Card type 2 (pokemon oras, pokemon xy, animal crossing and tomodachi life) will show NO on EEPROM. Thats normal. Just say yes.

i dot it , but in that way i still can play just one game. It dont change if i press button. :(

I dont know if I get it right.. you write 3 games in sky3ds, but when you press the button it doesnt load the next game, just one, right?
And you said your save is corrupted?
Are you using a private header?

If so, try to do this:
Download the lasted template from Sky3DS
inject your private header to it using no ban no sky
format your sd card using diskwriter
Insert your new template (with your private header)
Write any game you want.
Test it please

Last edited by QCLasky,

Did you try another rom? Or you edited the sky3ds template? Dont edit it, dont change any chip id in it.

I guess the problem is in template, download the lasted one on sky3ds.com, load it on diskwriter and write your games again.
Try to do it.
And if you are using a private header, dont forget to inject it to sky3ds template before load it on diskwriter.

i ask in noob section because i just bought 3ds and sky3ds recently...so when you're noob, you just follow whats instrcuted to you, download diskwriter and template, write game, and play.. idk how to mod any header at all

Well, then try to download a rom from a different site and try again. Ill send you the site link that I download rom in PM

anpther question is, idk which have fault but example... if you play fire emblem awakening and you're at chapter 16... you save and close your 3ds for night(gamer need sleeps too)

when you reopen, it open the save the one which honestly dont know where it come from, i mean my character have different sprite different hair colour, but now when i reopen, im at chapter 6, with fierce looking sprite im not using... is my save corrupt? or is there a way to make my previous save(which at chapter 16) appear back?

What? That is really really weird..
In sky3ds, if you got a corrupted save, it will show a message saying that your save is corrupt and you have to start a new game.

nop its doesnt start new game, instead its load a save which i havent done(i mean i havent done any prologue which is my 1st save) and the new one i open now have done epilogue 2(the secret merchant anna) so ive been wondering... what the hell happened? did my 3ds just got possessed? lol

I dont know.. did you bought a new sky3ds? Maybe there is some save in it from someone that played it before you.. dunno

Hi kbmarinha, just bought a new 3ds xl and ordered dstwo flashcart. Do u advise me to order sky3ds (new one with blue button) to play 3ds games? Is there any popular titles that is not compatible with sky3ds ? Can you pm some reliable source for ds and 3ds games please?

is it normal when you playing game using sky3ds, the screen turn black(fire emblem awakening)/hang/npc gone(fantasy life)

No. It isnt. Thats may seem weird, but format your 3ds sd card (not sky3ds) and try again. I got this issue when i played zelda majora mask
