It means Nintendo watches their online game like a hawk. If you stream it your showing nintendo that you got cfw on one their most watched games. They wont hesitate to ban you for giving yourself 1 free play nor will they care to hesitate when your outright showing a form of cheating as you require NTR cfw to do the streaming.
