Gaming Guessing a Parental Controls PIN

Im hoping its all it is, I purchased another 3DS off ebay, the seller said it was left on and the screen was black when they came back, so it come in today, i opened it up, low and behold it had been opened and parts were missing.

Ah, ebay. Where people lie about the condition of their electronics. Honestly, I would go talk to paypal about the mislead.

Some dudes thought it would be funny if the blocked my 3DS with parental controls. Unfortunately, I'm 13 and my voice hasn't changed yet, so Nintendo would reject my call. I need to guess a 4-digit pin here. I could only find the top 20 in popularity, but none more. I need like the top 1,000 at least. Can anyone provide a link to such a resource?

Just wanted to give an update, got my Ebay purchase in that was parental locked and the salthax code generator worked.
