GTA: SA Crashes after Piggsy/letherface mod

I read the instructions on the installation, yet it STILL crashes. It doesn't say what cleo version you need, it just says put the .txd and .dff in the gta3.img, then add the .cs file in the cleo folder, it crashes as soon as I get to the panopticon, north rock, and fishers lagoon. Any help..?
