Gaming GTA IV save file location?

i'm switching it to another comp, and it would be really nice if i could move the save file, so i don't have to start from scratch. does anyone know what directory it's in?

You have to copy like 2 folders to copy the save. I forgot which two tho. But there's no easy just copying the save method because it's linked to the games for windows live account. It's a bitch.
