Hacking GTa:CW - Supercard cheats help pls

hey,

I finished gta yesterday and now i thought i should have fun with the cheats!
But i am not sure how to convert the cheat for supercard format, i knew it but i forgot now!~

lol

IT would be a great help if someone could help me out..

Details-

Game name on cart- GTA ds (it has no number like "3214-" , etc)
Card type- Supercard one


Could someone make a me a .scc cheat file so i can use cheats for me gta..thanks
