Gaming GTA: CW "Jackin' Chan" mission help

When Chan is on fire, how do you get a firetruck? I can't find any firestations nearby, and when I attempt to light things on fire (buildings, gas station) no firetruck comes. Help?

It's not found in a firestation. Look near the alleyways and you should come up to one.

When I played it, there was a path on the GPS that led me to it.

It should set a GPS route to the firetruck (it did for me). If you go into the game options and turn on the top screen GPS, it will show blue arrows on the roads that you need to follow.
