ok I have some in game cheat codes that you can use without having to use action replay, the codes are below.

ok here is the key (2) press button 2 times and also if u see 1 letter by its self enter that letter for code.
OH PS. ALL CODES HAVE TO BE ENTERED WHILE PLAYING GAME/RUNNING AROUND.

health and armor full press L(2),R,A(2),B(2),R, Note enabling this code in a vehicle/car will completly repair it.

Weapon teir 1 press r,up,down,left,r,b,right

weapon tier 2 press r,up,down,left,r,a,right

weapon tier 3 press r,up,y,down,left,r,y,right

weapon tier 4 press r,up,x,down,left,r,x,right

explosive pistol ammo press l,r,x,y,a,b,up,down

increase wanted level press
l(2),r,y(2),x(2),r

decrease wanted level press
r,x(2),y(2),r,l(2)

outside is sunny press up,down,left,right,a,b,l,r

outside is very sunny press up,down,left,right,b,x,l,r

outside is cloudy press up,down,left,right,x,y,l,r

outside is rainy press up,down,left,right,y,a,l,r

outside is a thunder storm press up,down,left,right,a,x,r,l
